How does the guarantee work?
Lupine offers a lifetime guarantee on all of their products with the exception of custom made orders. Simply return a damaged product and they'll replace it for free!
How do I replace my Lupine product?
Should anything happen to damage your Lupine product, you can return it to Four Your Paws Only in person or choose an option below to mail it back.
To replace a damaged Lupine product for the same exact item:

- Include your name, mailing address & email or phone number.
- There's no need to send the original receipt or our cost for the return postage.
- Your replacement goes back in the mail the next business day after the damaged item is received.
- There is no return shipping fee for replacements through Lupine.

- Include a check or money order for the return shipping fee of $5.00 along with any difference in cost between the products.
