Returns
We have a hassle free return policy here at Four Your Paws Only.
If you are not happy with the product you purchased, just call or email us:
- Your name
- How to reach you
- What the product is
- The reason for the return
Then you simply mail us back the product:
- In good condition
- Within 30 days of its purchase
- With its original package
- The original receipt
Once we receive the product, we'll credit your account or mail you a refund and your receipt, no problem.
Exchanges
We will happily exchange an item for you. Just call or email us:
- Your name
- How to reach you
- What the product is
- The reason for the exchange
Then simply mail us back the product:
- In good condition
- Within 30 days of its purchase
- With its original package
- The original receipt
Once we receive you return, we will charge or credit you back any differences in the cost of the new product. We will
also let you know if there will be a charge for return shipping and handling before we send out your new product.
