About Lupine’s lifetime guarantee

GUARANTEED (Even if Chewed) means that Lupine will cover any accidental damage that occurs during normal pet related activities, even chewing or scratching. There guarantee does not cover items that are lost, outgrown or products that are simply worn. Your replacement goes back in the mail free of charge within 2-3 business days after your request is received. No receipt needed, it’s that simple!

How To Request a Replacement

Online EZ Return 
Simply submit your request thru Lupine’s EZ Return Form. You will need a well-lit photo showing the entire product with the damage clearly visible.  They will mail a replacement of the same item within 2-3 Business Days. If the color or design is retired, they will ask you to choose a new one.

Prefer to Mail your item in?

Include your name, mailing address & e-mail or phone number. Using a padded envelope or small box will ensure your item makes it through the postal service automation.

If you ordered the wrong size or pattern and would like to exchange it for the correct size or pattern, simply follow the instructions below:

  • Package your return and mail it to us using the address listed below.
  • Include a note with your name, address, phone number and order number.
  • Once we receive your package, we will give you a call at the number provided to see how you would like to proceed (replacement product, refund, etc)
  • If you are looking to have a replacement item sent to you, please note that we do charge a shipping fee to mail your new item(s) to you.
  • We will provide you with the exact dollar amount of the shipping charge over the phone and require it to be paid before mailing your new order.
  • Refunds can be processed over the phone by credit card or paid by check and mailed through USPS.
  • For security reasons we do not keep any credit card information on file.
