We will accept all returns:
- In good condition
- Within 30 days of its purchase
- In its original package
- With its original receipt
If you would like to send an item back, simply follow these instructions:
- Mail the item back to us at the mailing address below.
- Include a note explaining why you are returning the item.
- Include your name, your order#, what method you would like us to refund you, and a phone number where we can reach you.
- When we receive your return order, we will mail you back either a check or we can refund your credit card.
- If you would like us to refund your credit card, please give us a call at the toll free number listed below. (For security reasons, we destroy your credit card information after we process your order.
We will happily exchange an item for you. Simply mail us back the product:
- In good condition
- Within 30 days of its purchase
- In its original package
- With its original receipt
Please include:
- A note explaining what you would like to re-order
- Your name, return mailing address, your order#, and a phone number
- A check or money order for the return shipping fee of $8.95 along with any difference in cost between the products.
- If we owe you back a credit because of the cost difference between the items, please deduct from the return shipping charge payment.
- If you would like us to use your credit card to charge any return shipping fees or for a refund, please give us a call at the toll free number listed below. (For security reasons, we destroy your credit card information after we process your order.)
When we receive your return, we will send out your new order. Please don't hesitate to call or email us if you have any questions.
