LupinePet now handles all damaged product replacement requests. They will provide a one-time replacement per purchase. Visit LupinePet.com/guarantee to fill out their form and attach two pictures of the damaged piece. Once approved, Lupine will mail the replacement directly to you via USPS. Replacements are sent out within 1-3 business days.
